I am the founder of Elizabeth Williams-Riley D.A.S.H. Consulting LLC where my primary focus is Developing Assets for Successful Habits (D.A.S.H.).  i also currently serve as President & CEO of the American Conference on Diversity and was the former national program director for the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ).

I am a connector helping individuals navigate the complexities of living in an increasingly diverse society. I courageously tackle unconscious bias and its impact on our interactions with each other. My approach to dismantling systemic and institutional bias and bigotry is charismatic, engaging and above all thought provoking. I specialize in keynote speaking, D&I training, strategic planning and experiential learning.  A "Elizabeth Experience" will open your mind and provide you with insight to become a better version of YOU!
